great stay, superb details!!!

The location worked perfectly for my plans. Transport links were nearby. i found the staff genuinely friendly, always eager to assist. the room was quite spacious. It contained everything i needed. a highlight was using the swimming pool. It was refreshing before exploring the city.
the breakfast selection felt limited, and the produce quality could have been better.

The restaurant offered a tasting menu. It was quite excellent. breakfast included options like toast and full english, though ordering process could be inconsistent, it was manageable. the food was AMAZING!!!

The suite included a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a tub. my room featured a kitchen plus a washer, which i used. i requested, and received, a pregnancy pillow. It enhanced my comfort.

Bethnal green station was an easy walk, ideal for accessing many areas. a bus station sat right beside the building. It made travel simple. the hotel's proximity to a nearby park offered nice green space.

raised step slow check-in
The check-in process was not seamless. I had requested an early check-in via email earlier in the week, yet there was confusion upon arrival. i tripped on the small raised step into the bathroom several times.

helpful staff refreshing pool convenient access
the staff proved very helpful and polite. i found the pool quite refreshing prior to my outings. the hotel provided convenient access to the nearby bethnal green underground station.

closed bar lack of service
the lack of functional amenities were a problem. the bar was closed with no prior notice and i could not get a drink. this level of service is not what i expect.

shower smell limited toiletries
The room wasn't great, especially considering the price. The shower had a smell, and there wasn't enough toiletries provided. I found debris in the pool, so the cleanliness was questionable. the room didn't feel like good value for money because of these issues.

stylish room comfortable room convenient location
the hotel presented a beautiful building. rooms are very stylish and comfortable. i appreciated the location for its proximity to family. the big bath with lots of hot water was a bonus!
I found a slight issue. The surrounding area lacks a great deal, so consider eating before arrival.

Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. i noticed the staff was always kind and professional. They always addressed all requests promptly. one member of staff in particular was fantastic!

the location was excellent and very conveniently located. the hotel is such a hidden spot in the neighbourhood. bethnal green station is a short walk, easily accessible, though the area is quiet.
